    <p>You  understand that all information content on the app including but not limited to  text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and  arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software  shall remain the property of the Company. The entire contents of the app also  are protected by copyright as a collective work under Malaysia copyright laws  and international conventions. All rights are reserved.</p>
    <p>The  registration process for the TRANSPIRE Bytes Cloud Platform Account requires you to provide accurate and  complete personal information, including your telephone number, email address  and any other information as may be deemed necessary by the Company. You shall  be responsible to update the personal information to ensure its completeness  and accuracy. You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password  to your TRANSPIRE Bytes Cloud Platform Account secured. You are encouraged to change your password on a  regular basis and the Company shall not be liable for any disclosure or  unauthorised use of your username or password. If your username or password has  been compromised, you must inform the Company immediately.</p>
    <p>In  connection with your use of your TRANSPIRE Bytes Cloud Platform Account, you shall not provide false,  inaccurate or misleading information, use your account for any illegal  activities and in a manner that may result in complaints, disputes, claims,  penalties or other liability to the Company, or may be regarded as an abuse of  system or a violation of network rules. Breach of these Terms of use and/or the  Privacy Policy or violate any applicable laws and regulations, or in the  Company&rsquo;s sole discretion, believe that you may have engaged in the above  restricted activities, may result in the Company taking various actions against  you, including suspend or restrict your access to and/or close your TRANSPIRE Bytes Cloud Platform Account,  refuse to provide you with its services or take legal action against you.</p>
    <p><strong>PRIVACY POLICY</strong></p>

        The  Company ensures that all information collected shall be safely and securely  stored. It protects your personal information by allowing access to personal  information only via passwords, maintaining technology products to prevent  unauthorised computer access and destroying your personal information when it  is no longer needed for our record retention purposes. It shall only retain  your information for as long as necessary to fulfil its obligations.<br>

        The Company shall not share your information with any other organisations other  than its corporate group and those directly relevant third parties whom you  have given your authorisation.
